Net Worth May 2008
So it finally happened, I am a half-millionaire! Only $2,873,495 left to save to reach my retirement goal. Funny how in one sentence I can feel so flush and then in the next feel so very poor.

This was a fairly good month for me. Luckily the car trouble I was experiencing last month turned out to be easily fixed with a simple tune-up. That was a relief to my checkbook. My online saving accounts seem to be holding steady at about 3% interest. ING Direct is still offering that $25 sign-up bonus if you are looking for a place to stash your stimulus check.

My investment accounts are a bit mixed, some are up and others are down. But overall I am making progress.
