| Amazingly helpful people out there |
Since starting this blog back in October 2005 I have been stuck by how helpful people have been to me. The willingness to share information and knowledge. The positive comments to cheer me or other readers along. Sharing criticism, opinions, or just thoughts. Priceless input all.
But recently I was working on a personal project and needed to reach out to someone I found on a website. They had left a comment which indicated to me that they might be just the expert I was looking for. A comment left four years ago. But I took a shot and emailed them my inquiry. Hours later the most incredible answer to my question and days later a packet of data arrived at my home. Obviously I thanked the person profusely. But it just illustrated to me, yet again, how many people out there are willing to extend a hand to a total stranger.
So to all my readers and commenter's I want to once again thank you. Thank you for the help you have provided to me on this blog and give yourself a pat on the back for all the many ways you are helpful to others. |
