| Very, Very Best Money Saving Tip |
No Credit Needed has put out a call for folks Very, Very Best Money Saving Tip and it looks like I am going to answer...
My very, very best money saving tip is:
Share expenses as much a possible.
If you are thinking about hiring a lawn service company, check with your neighbors to see if they are interested as well. Hiring one company who can do multiple adjacent lawns can bring everyone's cost down. Same goes for snow plow services.
Planning a vacation? See if you can talk a few other folks into traveling to the same destination. Groups get better deals and rates than individuals.
Like bulk prices but really only need single serving amounts? Share a CostCo membership with a couple of friends and split large packages three or four ways.
I am sure I could go on and on with the examples, but hopefully you get the gist... |

The only catch with Costco is that both people on the membership have to live in the same household.

True, Anonymous, but you can have the membership in one name - and one person does most of the shopping - and just split the products/membership fee with your friends at home.

Better yet, check with some of the neighbors and find a responsible teenager that would like to earn some extra money. You'll get a great deal, and he'll learn the value of working.

The CostCo things sounds like a good idea... just don't tell Costco about the other people paying for the membership. Good tip!
