Lemon Tree Update

It is time for the monthly lemon tree update. I am seeing some definite changes from last month. All of the original leaves visible when the tree first arrived have fallen off. But new growth has taken it's place. I am worried that moss is starting to appear in the container. I was watering it twice a week and now plan to cut down to just once a week. With all of the rain Boston has been getting it could just be natural (moist air)... Any horticulturists out there that can give me some advice? Should I plan on repotting this?
